Returns Policy

We must receive all returns/exchanges of items within 14 days of your receipt of the product. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All tags must be intact for the return/exchange to be processed. All items must be returned in the condition that they were received.

Returns Procedure:

To return an order, state whether you would like a refund or an exchange and include your original order number. We can not guarantee that your required size will be in stock by the time we receive your exchange and in such cases are happy to either offer a refund or send you your desired size when it arrives in stock.

In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy you must email [email protected] outlining why you wish to return the product. Toucan Blue Ltd will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used and/or garment tags removed. In such cases, the items will not be sent back to the customer unless they pay postage costs.

Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s card for the sum paid minus postage costs. Please note that postage costs can apply for exchanges.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning items. Toucan Blue Ltd will not offer a refund on returned items that are lost or damaged in the post.
